The Gozalandia River Hiking and Waterfall Tour ($85). This is the only tour that starts at the falls. It meets you in the parking lot. You drive yourself or arrange your own ride; the tour does not provide transport. The guide hikes the riverbank with you, swims the pool, takes you into the submerged cave on the right, and hunts fossils. Three hours. Read the full review.
Cueva del Indio, Waterfalls & Beach Day Trip ($128). This tour leaves from San Juan at 8:15 a.m., picks you up in the T-Mobile District in the city. It reaches Gozalandia in the middle of the day, along with Cueva del Indio and a beach. You are in a van for much of it. Nine and a half hours total. Read the full review.
The six that do not
Tanama River Tubing and Cave Adventure in Arecibo ($95). This is a canyon tubing trip an hour east of San Sebastián. Great cave system, not Gozalandia.
El Yunque Rainforest: Waterfalls, Waterslides and Rope Swing ($40). El Yunque is at the opposite, eastern end of the island, roughly two and a half hours from Gozalandia. This is the most common mix-up: people searching for "Gozalandia" book this and discover they are hours away. The comparison page covers both.
Moca Cacao Farm Walking Tour and Chocolate Tasting ($75). A farm tour 25 minutes from the falls. No waterfall here.
San Sebastián Cocoa Tour with Wine and Chocolate Tasting ($75). Based in San Sebastián itself. Wine, chocolate, no water.
Horseback Riding on Aguadilla Beach ($100). A beach ride in Aguadilla, about 40 minutes west. No waterfall.
4-in-1 Waterfalls, Beaches and Hikes Experience ($158). This is the clearest case. GetYourGuide files this under Gozalandia, but its published itinerary is La Soplaera Waterfall, La Parguera, Playa La Jungla and Marina de Salinas — all on the south coast, the opposite end of the island from San Sebastián. Its own highlights say "the southside of Puerto Rico". It is a good-looking day trip. It is just not this waterfall. Two reviews.
